A STRONG STORMS ARE ADVANCING OUT OF THE PACIFIC TOWARDS THE WEST COAST OF US... WINTER WEATHER FOR THE US CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH. MIDWEST WILL GET A BREAK WITH SUNSHINE AND WARMER TEPERATURES.. SEVERE WEATHER MONITORING WILL BE INITIATED FOR THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.. THE SEVERE WEATHER SEASON HAS BEEN INITIATED.
